Who is Newton Leroy Gingrich and why does some of his fellow Republicans think he is a “loose cannon?” Looking at Newt’s birth numbers, I discovered that Mitt Romney and he share the same personality number 12/3. Newt is known for his great communication skills; however, he tends to say anything that pops in his head. 3’s tend to get scattered and have to be careful of their verbiage. Additionally, those who are born with a 3 prominent on their birth chart have to also be careful getting involved with gossip, manipulating others with negative word or just being negative. This works well for Newt until he gets scattered or egotistical then it all falls apart.

Let’s look at how Mitt Romney’s numbers give a clear and authentic picture of who he is. Not only does he have an abundance of 3’s on his name path but a triple combination on his birth path. The number 3 often called the “Divine Child of God, " is a happy, luck, sensitive and blessed vibration. I know most of you are thinking this doesn't fit Romney. Let me explain.

The numbers 1-9 are divided into sets of 3’s and Romney’s birth name numbers and birth date number fall into the concord of 3-6-9 that vibrates with the artistic, inspirational and spiritual realm. It makes sense that Romney channels much of his energy into his Mormon religion being a lay leader in the church. However, he suppressed his artistic right brain gifts and leaned heavily on his left/logical brain to achieve material success. A large part of his pursuit of money and power was due to his childhood upbringing and psychological need to garnish the approval of his father and others, moving away from his true 3-6-9 nature. Romney can’t articulate who he is and connect with people because he isn’t living his authentic self. He is similar to the character in the movie Pretty Woman portrayed by Richard Gere, a ruthless corporate executive, who wasn’t in touch with himself and yearned for his father’s approval. Family and friends describe Romney as a gentle, playful and loving person; unfortunately through a childhood of strict and stiff conditions he suppressed and hide this part of himself from the public to protect his inner child. His biggest challenge in life and in this campaign is to learn to be comfortable in his own shoes.

Those with an abundance of 3’s on their path are highly emotional people who sometimes lack self-esteem and easily get scattered when rejected or criticized. They also have challenges in verbal communication or are great communicators. Often they have to overcome speech impediments or have difficulty in expressing their feelings. They sound passionless. In the GOP debates, Romney is bombarded constantly with negative energy from the other candidates. This keeps him emotionally unbalance and not able to articulate clear and poignant responses. Even though, he is fighting back now with his own negative rhetoric it is not his nature to be an attack dog. Romney does well in debates when he is scripted or quiet. The negative GOP campaign is going against his true authentic nature of the sensitive Divine Child of God. He is not only fighting his opponents but himself. This campaign like no other one is pushing him to be authentic.

The 6 on his path shows his love of family and church. He refuels his energy through them. However, he has to be in control, telling them how to live their lives. Also the 6 destiny is the vibration of service and responsibility. His tax forms show that he has given large amount of money to his church and other charities. He really believes that he can make a difference. He is a humanitarian. With a 9 birth path, Romney desires to play in the leadership arena. The position as the chief of 2002 Salt Lake City’s Olympic organizing committee was perfect for him.

His challenge in this life time is to learn how to express his authentic self; if not, he will never gain the popularity and support he needs to win anything.

Faith is Essential

My guest blogger, Josephine E. Pamphile wrote the following story for the Inner Insights Newsletter in 2002, which I'm reprinting because it has such a strong message about faith.

One of my ongoing goals is to be spiritually well adjusted. Now, you may ask what exactly does that mean. Well, it merely means living a life that is consistent with what you believe in. This is not always as easy as it sounds. I have found, in my experience and in observing others, we often say that we have faith, then in the very next sentence we claim to be worried about something. Well you can't have faith and worry at the same time. Worry negates or cancels out faith. Fear likewise is a negation of faith.

When we are afraid of someone or some thing or are worried about an outcome, we are mobilizing a tremendous amount of mental, physical and emotional energy. That concentrated energy only intensifies the fear and the worry, causing a manifestation of the very thing we are worried about or afraid of.

The good news is that we need only redirect that energy to the spiritual realm with the faith and belief that right action will take place. Keep in mind though that right action is not always what we think. That's where faith comes in. We must be willing to accept what we do not understand at the moment. How many times have we had the experience where weeks or years later we were actually glad that the situation haven't worked out the way we initially wanted it to? One of my favorite saying is, "I can see to the end of the block, but God sees around the corner."

By strengthening my faith, I have been able to minimize stress, demonstrate abundance and see challenges as opportunities. Challenges have forced me to grow while strengthening and reinforcing my faith. The greatest demonstration of this was when I lost my husband, and suddenly found myself a "single parent head of household." I felt as if my world and my dreams had completely crumbled. Furthermore, all I had to my credit was a high school diploma and a few years of work experience in a clerical capacity. I decided that I needed a career and not a job in order to provide for myself and my daughter. So, I went about the business of enrolling in college to complete my undergraduate degree.

I was terrified but excited when I walked on to the campus. Everyday, I asked God to guide and provide for me and my daughter. I began each semester writing down the grades I wanted in each subject. Four years later, I graduated with a 3.8 GPA and was on my way to Columbia University for my Masters. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever dream that I would attend an Ivy League college. By the time, I finished my Masters, I was the Executive Director of a not-for-profit organization and my career was on its way.

When my expenses went up, my income went up too. Till this day, I can't explain how I paid for my college education and my daughter's. I honestly believed that since I was doing the right thing for the right reasons, God would work out the financial details. That's faith.

It's really not difficult to have faith. The issue is to have faith in God, not the almighty dollar, the organization you work for, someone outside of your, or the stock market. God is the source and supply for all things. This one stop shopping at its best. God works through all things and therefore can provide all things. It doesn't get any better than this.

A few months ago, a young client asked me if the world was coming to an end on December 21, 2012. She had read about the End Times on the Net. I encouraged her to continue visualizing and using the power of her thoughts to create a reality full of love, harmony and balance.

If you’re a seeker of truth you know that the date December 21, 2012 is a big thing in the spiritual community. Most of us have been waiting forever to see what this date has to offer. There is a proliferation of books, movies, videos, lectures about what might happen on December 21, 2012. I’m not talking about the End Times that my client was referring to, but about all the metaphysical prophecies from the ending of the Mayan calendar to the Hindu Yugas. Truthfully, we don’t know what is going to happen on December 21, 2012. We might have a big blast of energy or an energy wave that might gently grace our Earth. However, I do believe that humankind is evolving to a higher spiritual level and that the year 2012 plays a significant part in the transformation of human consciousness.

As an intuitive numerologist, I look at the year 2012 from the numerical perspective. In numerology, we add all numbers together, except Master numbers, to get to a single digit number. For example, the calendar year 2+0+1+2 equals a 5, Universal energy year. We must look at the influence of the 5 Universal energy on the collective consciousness of all living life.

The meaning of the vibration 5 is regeneration brought about through change that often happens because of challenges and upheaval. This will be a year that humankind will be restless to the point that change will be inevitable. We have already seen this energy in action through Arab Spring and in nature-- the Japanese earthquake.

In the Tarot Card Deck, the major Arcana card 5 is the Hierophant, the teacher of spiritual knowledge. Don’t be surprised if a spiritual figure emerges this year that unites people globally.

The 5 vibration has always been considered the number representing humankind because of the physical aspects of 5 fingers, 5 toes, 5 senses and the five stages of life. The number 5 has always been associated with magic and mysticism. Metaphysics and spiritual truth will flow big-time into mainstream, causing many to shift from their conventional beliefs. Unfortunately, the fear energy will wag its ugly head, causing a negative energy to flow in the Universe. We will think we are in the era of witch hunts, but love and truth will prevail.

2012 is a year where communication and travel will be important. The Internet via social media will play a significant role in the transformation of human consciousness. More people will travel to sacred sites around the world. And we will have to protect many of the sites from being desecrated and destroyed by those who wish to suppress the Truth. Recently in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo many ancient treasurers were destroyed or looted.

Expect surprises during the general election as the 5 Universal energy will make the campaign tremulous and unconventional. This election symbolically will stand for the battle between Left and the Right. Both will be fighting for control of collective human consciousness. Nevertheless,the soul essence of human consciousness is protected by the pentagram, a five pointed star, and is on a course that will not allow any group to control it at this point in the evolutionary process. Humanity no longer wants the old traditional politics as usual and will demand truth and equality for all.

Two important dates happen in December of this year--12.12.2012 and 12. 21.2012. Many will also read these dates as 12.12.12 and 12.21.12, which changes the numerical value. I like to include all the digits to get an accurate picture of the energetic message.

Adding 1+2+2+1+2+0+1+2, we get an 11, symbolically meaning new beginnings and altruism. A movie that you might want to put on your list to see this winter -The Way starting Martin Sheen and directed by his son Emilio Estevez- had a short viewing in movie house in October and November. You can purchase the DVD on Amazon.com. Martin Sheen plays Tom, an American doctor who comes to St. Jean Pied de Port, France to collect the remains of his adult son (played by Emilio Estevez), killed in the Pyrenees in a storm while walking the Camino de Santiago, also known as The Way of Saint James. Rather than return home, Tom decides to embark on the historical pilgrimage to honor his son's desire to finish the journey. What Tom doesn't plan on is the profound impact the journey will have on him and his "California Bubble Life.

Sounds familiar? You may want to read The Camino: a Journey of the Spirit by Shirley MacLaine (2000). She actually walked the Camino de Santiago in thirty days at a rate of twenty miles per day. Her book is about the many grueling challenges she faced on the journey and the spiritual insight she gained. What a courageous woman. But as you might know from her first book, Out on a Limb, she is one who thinks out of the box and follows her spirits. 14 Peruvian Shamans Murdered

In 2003, I had the opportunity to travel to Peru with a group of 72 people, the Children of Light, to visit sacred sites and participate in special ceremonies with several Peruvian Shamans (curanderos). It was quite an experience and one I will never forget. I was shocked when recently it was brought to my attention that fourteen Peruvian shamans in a remote Amazon region were allegedly murdered by the orders of a local mayor. He ordered the killings because they were going to form an association. Their belief system and shamanic healing went against his evangelical Christian beliefs.

When you read this article about the deaths of the 14 shamans, you will think you have been transported back to time of witch hunts or even further back to the slaughter of pagans by the Romans. This article speaks to my spirit. I know from personal experience the negative reaction of people when I would tell them I am a numerologist and tarot card reader or that I attend a New Thought Church.

In ancient times, mystery schools were established to protect esoteric teachings because they were desecrated, and teachers were killed. Silence developed among those who practiced and believed in Metaphysics. Students of Truth were afraid to speak their truth. When Shirley McLaine’s first book, Out on a Limb, was published in 1986; she became the laughing stock of late night T.V. A lot has changed since Shirley McLaine came out of the closet with her book; but we still have a long way to go.
